While each of the SSGS events is a successful stand alone tournament, the main thread for the season is the Order of Merit. This is administered for the Society by Euan Mordaunt of the Scottish Golf Union and provides a great deal of interest both from within SSGS membership and the wider golfing public. Here we show the current rules governing the OOM and the latest table of standings. At the 2008 AGM it was decided that participation in the OOM should be open to all members, irrespective of nationality, so long as they complete the minimum required number of tournaments. |
